Pricing

Lucy Houle England reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Delivery costs are automatically added to your shopping basket. Oilcloth has to be sent via a specific courier and incurs a £7.50 surcharge which we will contact you separately. All prices are in GBP (British Pounds).

UK Mainland Delivery There will be additional courier/postal costs for orders to be delivered to places that are not on the UK main island, like the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly. This also includes Northern Ireland, and remote areas of Scotland. Please contact us for more details on delivery costs.

Warranty

All products supplied are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt for stitching and workmanship. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage, mistreatment or damage due to washing, over heating or any kind of misuse.

Lost or Damage Goods

Please inspect your order immediately on delivery and contact Lucy Houle within 48 hours if the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect so that we can immediately address the issue. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case your order has been delayed.
